- Affiliates must have qualified active players to earn commissions.
- Commission tiers are determined by monthly net win performance and active player requirements.
- If tier requirements are not fully met, the affiliate will remain at the lower commission tier until all conditions are satisfied.
- Negative revenue balances will be carried forward to the following month.
- Promotional costs, bonuses, rebates, and member incentives will be deducted from monthly revenue calculations.
- Transaction fees are calculated at 1% of total member deposits and withdrawals.

Negative Balance Policy
After the initial two-month promotional period:
- Any negative balance will be carried forward to the following month.
- Future earnings will first offset outstanding negative balances before commission payments are made.
- Once the balance returns to a positive amount, commissions will be paid according to the applicable commission tier.
